Sandra has a genuine passion for everything related to payroll services. Throughout her solid career, she has built deep expertise in payroll administration processes, system support, and collective agreements. With a background from Söderberg & Partners, Martin & Servera, Coca-Cola, Trustly, and Instabee Group—where she built international payroll departments—Sandra now leads Virtani’s payroll and HR division.

With an international background from Business Sweden, executive management team at Visma Software Sweden, and several exciting journeys within startups, scale-ups, and established SaaS companies, he carries a wealth of experience. This broad background allows him to quickly understand the day-to-day realities and challenges of our clients. Boris leads Virtani with great dedication and a strong belief that the best solutions always start with the client’s needs.
